Frixos Stef. Sakellaris is a civil engineering graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Investment from the College of Estate Management in the United Kingdom. His career combines construction supervision with property valuation, management and advisory services.
In 2005, he founded Premium Property Operations (PPO), providing property services. His experience includes valuations for lending and financial reporting, technical inspections, building management, and professional training in property valuation and management.
